Delete your ReadVid account

You can request deletion of your ReadVid account and its associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@readvid.online from the email address associated with your ReadVid account.
  2. Use the subject Account deletion request.
  3. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete your account profile, submitted video URLs, transcripts, generated summaries, notes, and usage records.

We complete deletion within 30 days. Information required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or accounting may be retained only for the required period. Public notes will be removed from public view.

Delete individual data

You can delete your own notes in the app. For deletion of other individual data without closing your account, contact support@readvid.online.
